Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to educational institutions, organizations, and potential clients across the NCR region to present company services and platform benefits.
- Actively engage with decision-makers in institutions to explain the advantages of listing on the company’s platform.
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of the company’s offerings and customize presentations according to the client's needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to create opportunities for long-term partnerships.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals and increasing client listings on the platform.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, potential leads, and achieved targets.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and workshops to generate new leads and promote the company’s platform.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and support post-deal execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a field or institutional sales role (Interns with potential will also be considered).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the NCR region.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
- Basic knowledge of digital platforms and the ability to explain tech-related services.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
