Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company database.
  • Client Calling & Relationship Management: Engage with clients, handle inquiries, and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Onboarding Institutions: Use the admin panel to onboard and manage institutions on the company’s platform.
  • Digital Document Management: Organize and maintain business documents efficiently in digital format.
  • Basic Digital Marketing & Social Media Handling: Post and manage content on social media platforms, engage with audiences, and ensure brand presence online.

Key Skills & Requirements:
  • Proficiency in data entry and document handling.
  • Good communication skills for client interactions.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with admin panels and business management tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct field visits to educational institutions, organizations, and potential clients across the NCR region to present company services and platform benefits.
  • Actively engage with decision-makers in institutions to explain the advantages of listing on the company’s platform.
  • Demonstrate thorough understanding of the company’s offerings and customize presentations according to the client's needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to create opportunities for long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals and increasing client listings on the platform.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, potential leads, and achieved targets.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and workshops to generate new leads and promote the company’s platform.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and support post-deal execution.

Key Skills & Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a field or institutional sales role (Interns with potential will also be considered).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the NCR region.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
  • Basic knowledge of digital platforms and the ability to explain tech-related services.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English.
